Also technically Ultra is its base. Black Necrozma is Necrozma -2 lol.

See...I kinda did, and even assuming 1000 universes were lit up, it kinda makes Necrozma in the GigaFoe range. And if you account for the countless...

Not to mention, IIRC, someone did math in one of these Necrozma's threads for Necrozmas lighting up Ultra Space feat and it reached 4-A.
