Is it true that Goku to break past the Time-Skip through sheer power? Yes.
Is it true he broke out of Time Stop? No.

Time-Skip, at its most basic level, does not stop time. It skips time, as the name suggests.

What Goku broke out of with the Kaio-ken was an ordinary Time-Skip. Then, when he fired off his Kamehameha, Hit evolved his Time-Skip even further and developed the ability to freeze time entirely, illustrated through the freezing effects present when Hit uses it.

Afterward, when Hit used his newfound Time Stop on Kaio-ken Goku, the latter was completely helpless.

So, no, he does not have Resistance to Time Stop, he has Resistance to Time Manipulation.

"That's just an upgrade!"
I- I don't care? This isn't supposed to be a downgrade, it's supposed to be a fix. oh yeah and check out this thread

Well it certainly does make sense and ik this has been a topic of discussion before but I agree

Wouldn't MUI Goku keep Resistance to Time Stop since he's stronger than Jiren who was blatantly stated to resist it because he was just that damn strong?

He resist to Time Manipulation which also including timestop already. Hit when re-match with Goku, Goku said that Hit time hax will not work on him anymore

Pretty sure there was a previous thread that agreed that, while they don't call it time-stop, it functions like one, plus there was something about Vados' statement that was discussed there.

it doesn't, Hit skip time, applied the hax on himself, not his opponent, thus he leap forward in time, to his perspective, everyone frozen, but in reality people still moving, only him it skip through time, that is the reason Goku can predict his move, because if it is normal timestop, Goku can't predict his move cuz everything top their progression through time, Goku's chain of thought will also be frozen as well

I agree. Time Skip was never time stop. Hit literally just skips a set amount of time into the future to attack

Some people could argue that what he did against that U6 alien was time stop, but it's just a more advanced time skip that allows Hit to create a bubble where time flows normally, but it's still a time skip nontheless

So Hit isn't effecting Goku?

No, he isn't, because if Time Skip affected Goku, Goku will also be skip through time along with Hit, not get frozen in place in Hit's perspective
Make sense, Is Hit using Time-Skip for himself? If yes, Goku hasn't Resistance to Time-Manipulation(Time Skip) right?

He skip through time, thus the hax should applied only on himself, if it on apply on other, it totally **** up the situation where he skip through time along with other. Problem is how we treat the feat, there is two way:
1. He intercepted Hit with sheer speed despite he still in the middle of skipping through time phase, but i doubt the wiki accept this reason, either pretend it to be outlier or go with option 2
2. He somehow broke in time-leap, which could potentially give Goku resistance to time being skip. But this make no sense, since Hit only applied the hax on himself so he can leap toward the future in a short amount of time to strike, no reason for him to including his enemies in, and the visual potrayed the fight pretty clear, when he skip through time, in his perspective everyone is frozen, while in other perspective like Goku or Vegeta, he just like teleporting

No. 1 Make Sense

The last time Option 1 was argued for it was deemed as an Outlier, even though Goku said it wouldn't work on him again later implying he can do it again, so they then made several threads trying to figure the Feat out and just decided on it being Time Stop Resistance.

If Hit wasn't trapping Goku with the time skip, then why would Goku resist it? How can Goku resist hit going into the future when it's not even applied on him? At most Goku could "resist" it because he can "predict" where Hit would strike after that time (which is how he dealt with the original time skip, before Hit's powers evolved during the fight)

That is the thing, either Goku intercept Hit's time skip with sheer speed, or he precog. Hit only start to stopping time when Goku throw the Kamehameha. Even if we use the logic that Hit usee timeskip on Goku before the Kamehameha, then Goku would also be skip into the future, there is no reason to assume that somehow when apply the hax Hit skip to the future while Goku who get affected by the same hax get time stopped
