Son Goku(DBS Anime) Should be moved to atleast 2-B with your required standards for the tier

i believe goku (anime-wise atleast) should be moved to atleast 2-B as you have him in base as 3-A which is universal requirement for multiversal is "Characters who can significantly affect[2], create and/or destroy larger multiverses which comprise from 1001 to any higher finite amount of separate space-time continuums." ssg is far above a 1000 times multiplier and ssbkk 20 is 1000 times that
therefore he should be in a higher tier than Low 2-C(Using MUI mind you) as a hypothetical ssj3kkx3 goku can destroy 1200 universes alone.

Multipliers don't get you from 3-A to even high 3-A let alone 2-B, even if you were low 2-C, simple multiplying your power is not enough, you need to affect multiple universes at once and it requires more than just being 3x stronger or so, it is unquantifiable and only done via feats

yeah no matter how many times you multiply your power you cant get out of 3-A, because high 3-A is infinite energy, and you cant multiply to infinity without using infinity itself as the multiplier

as for low 2-C, you cant go up in tier 2 via multiplier because the distance between universes is unknown, for example, the power to destroy a universe multiplied by 5 would be 5x low 2-C, not 2-C, personally im neutral on this logic but thats whats currently accepted here

Is not even unknown, it's immeasurable by three-dimensional standards, it also requires an unquantifiably infinite amount of energy to destroy the infinite snapshots of the temporal dimensional in just a moment.
