Soooo about Vergil(DMC)

How is Vergil stronger than Agrosax and Abigail both who are at least as powerful as Mundus when he's tons weaker than Mundus and died trying to fight him?

Argosax is stronger than Mundus. This is correct. But Abigail no. And, from what I know, Vergil was defeated because he already has foughted against Dante and was defeated. Mundus is not an easy enemy to handle that he would be defeated by a weakened Vergil

This we don't know. I think that saying he was at least stronger than Argosax is pretty too much for him. But, only for Abigail, I think having him at Town Level destruction is ok. After all, Dante one-shoted him in Devil Trigger

And if i'm not wrong, Nelo Angelo>Vergil(DMC3)

And Dante defeated Nelo Angelo without Sparda's power

If he's stronger than Abigail, he should be Continent level and have Sub-Rel reaction/combat speed, since Abigail is the source of both feats that Dante gets to scale to.

Vergil gets absolutely no scaling from a stronger Dante since he's dead.

Abigail's power rivals Mundus aka the guy who'd slaughter both Vergil & DMC1 Dante(wo/Sparda)

I don't think that Abigail really rival Mundus in power. Far from that. Dante one-*******-shoted him in DT (It was a stronger Dante, but, Its absurd the power difference)

So I don't think is too absurd to power-scale Vergil from him

keep in mind Dante outclassed and humliated agrosax who is more powerful than a full power sparda in his base so there is that...

DMC 1 Dante needed all his power + Sparda power to defeat Mundus in a Tough battle; Vergil never can scale to Mundus (he is weaker than DMC 1 Dante full power, so my point is done about this); DMC anime Dante is basically the same thing that DMC 1 Dante, slight is the time-frame between this two. He one-shoted Abigail in Devil Trigger. He isn't even get full power, far from that (So, never can Abigail rival Mundus in power)

Devil May Cry 2 Dante humiliated Argosax

Soo... how can he not get a boost, if in DMC 1 he needed all his power + Sparda power to defeat someone weaker than full Sparda, and in DMC 2 he defeated in base someone even Stronger than Sparda?

IIRC, Sparda aided the Vie De Marli to seal Argosax. Sparda never needed their help, they needed help from him. So, I think Mundus still Stronger than Argosax, but Vergil cannot be scalled from the Despair Embodied.

Maybe, Nelo Angelo could be at the same level of base Dante from DMC 1 (Moon?)

Mundus and Argosax rival eachothers power. Mundus and Argosax>>>>>>Abigail.

Dante was not even able to scratch Mundus without his sparda sword yet managed to defeat Abigail with one swing of Rebellion. Even Vergil,in both dmc1 and 3, gave Dante a better fight than Abigail did.

DMC 1 Dante is not so different from DMC anime Dante. No great time-frame to get an upgrade (the situation between DMC 4 ---- DMC 2)

Pretty much Nelo Angelo gave Dante a better fight than Abigail. 1 Defeat and 2 wins for the demon slayer. While against Abigail, he one-shoted in DT
