Even with the power of the Soul Stone itself along with the other Infinity Stones, someone who was sacrificed for the Soul Stone cannot be resurrected, therefore it should have Resurrection Negation

A weakness of a character is not an ability for said character. The soul stone's limitations are not proof of an additional ability, that doesn't even make sense. It isn't doing anything by not being able to do something.

I mean, Infinite Stones can normally resurrect people, as Thanos did with Vision and Banner with 50% of the universe

Thanos used the Time Stone to undo Wanda destroying the Mind Stone, and Banner performed a reverse Blip, utilizing the power of all six Stones. That being said, a person sacrificed on Vormir being impossible to resurrect should not count as an ability for the Soul Stone.

I actually do agree with this, what's been described above is a caveat of the gaining one of the stones, a limitation so to speak. Since this isn't neutralizing something separate trying to ressurect it should just be noted as a weakness or something of that nature like

(Anyone sacrificed to get the Soul stone on Vomir, can not be resurrected with the stone.)

Yeah, it is more of a specific weakness than an active Negation ability.
