Speed question

Someone who states that "space is no impediment, time is an illusion, and infinity is confined" has Infinite or Immeasurable speed?

Well to have Immeasurable speed one must transcend traditional time. They state time is an illusion, which doesn't necessarily mean they transcend time, they could still perceive it linearly like every 3-D being, so if you can still apply D=S*T then I assume it wouldn't be immeasurable? Also they say infinity is confined, so that once again doesn't necessarily mean they transcend, but idk.

I guess you could also look at it like "Well space is nothing but a nuisance for them and they state time is an illusion and infinity is confined so they must surpass time"

More context would also be needed I guess.
