Sooo I checked out the "speed feat" for Groudon and the feat itself has nothing to do with Groudon's speed, just how long some beam of energy took to get to the artificial sun. So what's goin on there?

Considering Groudon fights Kyogre, who is its equal and is able to react to its attacks, I don't see why it wouldn't scale to reactions, as well.CrossverseCrisis said:Wouldn't we classify it as "MHS+ attack speed"? Or can the Pokemon be able to percieve at those speeds? @Azathoth
