Spherical Black Hole

The main question here would be if it should be assumed to be an actual black hole.

To be honest, just from this two scans I don't think it behaves like a proper black hole should.
 
Maybe you're right (actually , the black hole is then "vaporized" by a laser ), maybe I should guide me on the fact that they mentioned that the black hole would swallow the entire school.
