These same humans where the ones who made a barrier so strong omega flowery couldn't break it; also why is Frisk town level for hurting them if any old people could do it (and even if it was the case that anyone can one shot them, Muffet still wins for soul manipulation and bullet hell).

yes, whit magic, but theyre attacks are phisical. i voted for muffet as well, but he is getting oneshot by bloodlust, as she took thousent of times the natural amount of dammage from a kid that killed houndreds at best (they weren charas embodiment either)

So?Lower her attack won't downgrade her tier and why would Widow want to bribe her enemy?

Muffet still trap Widow in her webs and do danmaku(Which i doubt Widow can handle with).

That does'nt affect Undertale matched.Many Undertale character fight with other bloodlust character without trouble."Weak against murder intentions" are not being use in Undertale matched.

I can't find any proof for that.But have you seen any Undertale matched that people bringing that weakness?Also "Weak against murder intentions" doesn't affect the matched because if Undertale characters are weak agains murder intentions then how they still fighting Frisk?

lv is level of violence and exp is execution points...... yeah, completly different (sarcasm)

Frisk is a town level character for beating the monsters on neutral route without need for LV. It's only when LV is rediculously high that they oneshot. No amount of bloodlust in the world is going to make a high 8-c oneshot a low 7-c. Stomp.
