I think it is too minor to be controversial. Unless there are some evidences which restrict Captain Universe Spider-Man to 4-B, Spider-Man should be upgraded FRA.

For the record, whatever feat people bring up regarding Thor and quasar scaling, it's taken pretty ooc.

Yes. I deleted it cause it was bad and people would often bring up this one feat and literally everything else.
