Batman survived the explosion while injured so he should fairly upscale. What about all the gadgets he has at his disposal ? In this match he has prior knowledge on Peter, which paired with his intelligence he would most certainly come up with a strategy to easily subdue him, not to mention in a physical fight he skillstomps him and can use Pressure Points

It's analytical prediction. Spider-Sense is instinctive divination. And it's different dealing with it when feats give Peter a speed that is about 409 times faster than his normal speed, according to how the profile indexes it (MHS+ to Relativistic+)

Tbh he should be Relativistic+ normally considering he and two of his rogues gallery can keep up Doctor Strange but even then the difference between astral plane time and real time, with his body experiencing the latter, means Spider-Sense can make him go WILDLY faster

Like, Batman isn't going to fist fight him, he skillfucks tho, but he's going to meme the shit out of him with gadgets, tech and other such stuff he has on hand in such a way that spider sense be damned. This isn't getting into the fact that he has a lot of incap options, whether it's pressure points if he somehow gets into CQC, or just various batarangs, sonics, and other such devices that Pete has zero resistances towards that aren't really avoidable due to AoE, might even have stuff to deal with speedsters iirc so speed gap ain't to problematic.

Also, this is Batman. PfP Batman at that, his stealth is so dumb that if he legitimately wanted he could vanish and then just take him out without him ever knowing where he was coming from, and yes, this Batman has the best stealth out of any Batman, he can, and has, easily fooled the senses of those with precog, insane super senses, and more, to the point they don't even bother explaining it anymore, it's borderline a gag at this point, but one he actively uses and is ingrained into his combat, and he can do so while in plain view, even his posture he takes has various mental effects on others, bordering on hypnosis.
My favorite instance would probably be Batman vanishing next to Gotham, and then Gotham freaking tf out because he's using all his super senses to see everything and yet can't figure out where he went and Jimbo is just like lmao first time?

Having Batman know what Spidey can do is just asking for an easy win.

Just went and looked for other stealth feats beyound what was listed in the profile. His stealth is comically op.
