Spider-Man (TASM) vs Batman (TDK) (GRACE)

While Bale is has more exp, fighting skill, and better equipment (btw he is missing abilities from said equipment), Andrew has Spider-Sense which is a tad OP since we tend to consider the times it fails as PIS for some reason. Anyway Andrew just webs up Bale and maneuvers around attacks via acrobatics and SS. Best Spiderman wins.
 
Easy victory for Spidey.

Even if the Dark Knight could sustain Spider-Man's punches (and that's a big if considering we saw him lifting a car like if it was nothing), he got absolutely nothing against the webbing and if the fight against the Lizard in the school shows anything, it's that this version of the wall crawler is good with his web shooter.

I could see Batman staling and getting a few good hits on him using his tech (notably the remote controled Bat-mobile) but ultimately, the difference in raw power is too large.
