In "Big Pink Loser", Patrick considered saving the 9th dimension an achievement, so, logically this should boost him to 1-C

should scale to anybody who is comparable, such as Spongebob

I agree with this. Patrick is an almighty god who can stomp and solo DBZ, Touhou, Undertale, and your favorite verse of all. His power is so powerful, that he fought and stalemated Ultra Instinct Shaggy, so thats a supporting feat.
