Hello
Mandalorian Equipament + Boba Fett P&A Rework

Mandalorian Equipament
  • Basically, a page that brings together Mandalorian Equipament. I know we have a few profiles at the moment, but @noninho plans to create more profiles for Mandalorians.
Boba Fett P&A Rework (Current profile)
  • Some of you might be wondering why I specified "armor, vambraces, and blasters" next to where the equipment page would be. Because of the exceptions. For example: Sabine didn't have a vambrace from the beginning; she only received one later. So, in the first seasons, she would only have "blasters and armor." That's why I didn't call it "Mandalorian standard equipment," even though if someone has armor/vambrace, that P&A list was shown as the standard. I mean, the flamethrower is the one I have the most doubts about, but I think it would be? Well, if someone points out a problem, I don't mind removing it.
  • None of his P&A was removed; it was basically justifications for his P&A and additions. Treat it as a completely new P&A, since the old one had basically no justification with scans or references.

Vader Adds
P&A
All of Anakin's powers and abilities/resistances
  • honestly, it doesn't make sense for him not to have these. He's the same person, just stronger in the Force. The only thing he would lose would be things exclusive to the light side of the Force, but he doesn't have that)
Enhanced senses (The armor gives him more powerful senses, while his helmet has light amplifiers, as well as the ability to see in infrared and other spectrums)
Mind Probe (1 layer; was able to use Mind Probe on Luke from a distance)
  • It gets a layer because it's accepted that Jedis have resistance to it. And it was used on Luke, who is already a full Jedi at this point.
Technology Manipulation (It is capable of manipulating technology to repair itself)

Resistances
Temperature Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Magma Manipulation and Electricity Manipulation (The armor has a cooling system. It is able to resist fire, lava, electricity and force lightning)
Disease Manipulation and Poison Manipulation (The helmet protects Darth Vader from harmful contaminants)

Feats (to be added to Vader's feats tab)
I will also divide the feats part into "lightsaber skill" and "Force feats"

Mind Trick Note
So the Jedi mind trick has this thing about strong minds being able to resist power. And I think the wiki treats this as a weakness of the mind trick and not a resistance for these characters. What I propose is that this is in fact a resistance and not a weakness of the mind trick.

In the book Secrets of the Jedi, Luke slightly changes the popular saying about the mind trick, saying:
It does not seem to be directly stated that it only works on weak minds and that it particularly (i.e., performs better) on weak minds.
-
And you know those species where the mind trick doesn't work? Let's see why.
Toydarian, one of the races considered resistant to the mind trick, are described as having great willpower and resistance to manipulation through the Force. Not attributing the fact that the mind trick does not work as a weakness of the mind trick but as a resistance that the species has.
-
Also during Cad Bane's interrogation, some Jedi masters believed they could overcome the strong mind if everyone focused the Force. When they attempted this, Cad Bane nearly succumbed but clearly tried to resist on his own.

Furthermore, at another point, Ashoka attempts to use the mind trick on a guard, and the justification is later given that the guards were trained to resist it.
-
So, honestly, to me, it seems like having a strong mind within Star Wars actually gives you the ability to resist the mind hax of the Force. What do you think?

I think obviously Jedis would gain resistance to this in general.

Will be reading this thoroughly in a few
But I already congrat and as a SW fan I thank you for the effort

Mandalorian Equipament
100% agree
Boba Fett P&A Rework
This feels redundant as it's already mentioned in the Mandalorian equip' page

Vader Adds
Resistances
Agree on everything aside from the Electricity manip resistance, because iirc Sidious made Vader's armor purposefully weak to Force Lightning for domination sake. Unless I'm unadvertedly bringing up Legends, if so, agree with everything.

Mind Trick Note
Force Lightning and Force Choke
Additional scans
Agreed 100%

Again, very good work, congratulations

It's more that he's referring to the blasters he has on his vambracens. What's on the page would be the standard blaster equipment (like guns).

I've always heard this but never seen a source. Besides, do his feats kind of contradict this?

He resisted B2's electricity being directly used on him. The same electricity that easily charges machines. Plus, he consistently resists force lightning, which is strong enough to do what he did to Asajj Ventress.

Besides, even if it's true that the armor is susceptible to electricity, does it kind of only enhance his feats? Because, like, even though his armor is designed to have a weakness to electricity, he consistently resists it.

I also didn't find a source for that on a quick search, but if I bump into it, I'd argue for Force Lightning to have Resistance Negation or something cuz indeed the evidences for him resisting electricity sound very reasonable
