It's beautiful.
Thank you for your hard work.

Saw your message about being "back in the Star Wars party"
So Masked has indeed been anticipating this.

There is currently a citation error, since
ref name="[Biography] Skywalker: A Family at War"
is attempting to reference
ref name="Skywalker: A Family at War"

Does Masked have permission to fix it, or would you like to do it?

Permission granted

Pretty minor nitpick, but would it be possible to add a bunch of "At least" and "At most" to make things more clear? Like, since Clone Wars Obi-Wan is stated in the justifications to be "Far stronger", maybe an "At least City Level+" while Old Kenobi is "much slower then before", so he'd be "At most Relativistic+"

Basically, this would just help make it clear which key is stronger/faster/etc at a glance.

I use "At least" to denote stomping or one-shotting the tier and "At most" to denote vast downscaling from the tier. And the difference between Vader and Clone Wars Kenobi is pretty big, so being way slower than before really just scales Old Ben to the feat. (Basically it goes Padawan<Old Ben<Clone Wars<RotS<OBK Show in AP, and it's a bunch of = in speed until RoTS, observe: Padawan=Clone Wars=Old Ben<RotS<OBK)

With scaling being what it is right now, Obi-Wan doesn't qualify for any At Least business.

I see. I suppose different people use those differently, cause I use those to denote a decently noticeable gap in capabilities, not just stomping/one-shotting. But I don't think there are standards, so I guess you should be the one who decides that then.

It's something I came up with when scaling World of Warcraft, because a lot of people massively upscale from the feat that gives it 7-A, but a lot of people also one-shot that, so I needed a method for people to instantly distiguish the two. That's what I came up with.

Hell, Darth Vader's last key, who is literally two upscales above Kenobi's strongest key, doesn't have At Least right now, that shit is limited to the green gremlin and Papa Palps(Both of whom should get the same key treatment as Obi-Wan, minus the Padawan key)

At least isn't widely used because it's simply a bit... complicated. Everyone is scaling to the same feat, so it gets difficult to understand what upscaling, downscaling, etc., is.

The same goes for statistics and Force Amplification. Basically, the profiles are inconsistent.

I forgot, but you can probably give Obi-Wan resistance to fear and paralysis starting from OWK, since the guy doesn't get scared when facing Vader.

Which IMO Should only be for Jedi Masters or people on that level, but I digress...

Yep.

Social Influencing is long overdue for a franchise about wars, considering a big part of war is about rallying a group of people to fight for a cause ngl.

But tbf, a lot of characters are going to need Social Influencing in their profiles and it's probably low-priority in the revision side of things.

I'd probably add to the Social Influence item that Kenobi is a Jedi General who leads the 212th Battalion and that he is a Jedi Master sitting on the Jedi Council since Leadership is listed as a type of SI in SI's profile. Maybe Deception too for his Old Kenobi key? He did scare off the Tusken Raiders that were looting Luke's Speeder by screaming like a Krayt Dragon

Wouldn't it be better to use a different key? It makes it seem like the Clone Wars/ROTS version has the same resistance, not that I'm against it (since old Ben managed to resist, I think the younger and stronger ones should be able to as well), but it's more of a subjective opinion than a concrete fact, I don't know what you think.

I'd prefer to keep things as they are now. You gotta keep in mind that it's most Cody leading things on the ground with Obi-Wan occaisonally making judgement calls, Obi-Wan mostly leads space battles from the bridge and his record when not doing tricky shit is unironically not the best when it comes to those.
I'm not listing types and genuinely that's probably a form of Sound Manip for The Force.

Obi-Wan was demonstratably less stable/willful in his show than he was in Clone Wars/RotS up until the coming to peace moment he had, the reason I don't give Padawan it is because Padawan was less stable and whatnot than his OWK self.

If I included every little thing the profile would be 3x as long from Clone Wars alone lol, I included enough to be complete and left out a lotta fluff.
I also think a another tabber dedicated to equipment would make it seem a bit cleaner, something like this as an example, though that may just be down to preference.
It's down to preference, and really RotS existing sort of kills anything to do with that
