I assume there is a limit to how strong a character can be, especially if they have passives? Wanted to nominate Wang Wei, since there are apparently plot hax characters, but I'm not sure if he is allowed. Dude can change his entire cells and body into anyone at will, pretty much. Though I wouldn't call him like a dude who just keeps shape shifting all the time, so idk.

If 3D character does fuckery on 56D scale they now just do the same fuckery on a 3D scale instead? Like, if you can stat equal a 9-B and 1-A character, there are no particularly new problems involved in equalising smurfery as well... no?
But do it as you prefer. It's your tourney and all.
