Storm Calc Revision

Could someone possibly redo this Calc of Storm from X-Men creating a planetary storm.

The original calc only applied the energy of the storm itself. But could someone be able to calculate the KE of moving/creating the clouds in an estimated timeframe?

It seems very lowballed, yes. We get 6-C KE from much smaller storms.

I've tried doing planetary storm calcs before. Timeframes from 1 to 15 seconds usually range from Low 5-B to 5-B.

The absolute maximum lowballed timeframe is 8 minutes. Probably a little less since there was a brief conversation before Storm started creating the storm and it was finished before the radiation hit.

Darkanine has calculated it. Even the lowest end is High 6-A.

Which one do you thing would be best though? High 6-A, 5-C, or Low 5-B
