If a character attacks only using a bow and arrow and they have High 8-C AP with said bow and arrow, then should their striking strength also scale to High 8-C or will it be Unknown?

since the bow and arrow attacks are what give the character high 8-C attack potency, that does not necessarily mean the character's physical striking strength would scale to high 8-C as well.
without feats or scaling showing the character's physical strength and striking strength independent of their bow attacks, their striking strength would likely remain unknown.
