What is the strongest 3-D Verse overall?

No higher diensional powers, immortality, Regenerationn, or AP. Verse's with these characters and abilities are disqualified (So even if a majority of characters don't have these things, if even 1 character has any of them, the entire verse is disqualified)

The verse itself can be higher dimensional.

Zero Infinity - Devil of Maxwell god tiers are high 3A with a lot of hax

Although he might have been referring to Silverio, which is another series made by the same author who did ZI but who knows.

Creation trio, the other 2Cs, Cyrus, the DP master ball, and Hoopa don't count cause they're higher D or have higher D hax. Continent creation and moving stuff is honestly incredibly unimpressive.
