I would say Composite Human but even with all of their skill and higher AP but still 3D tech I doubt their the strongest.

Shouldn't Khorne be a smurf? He's basically got a 1-A power source backing him up. If he's limited to just 2-B, then tbh khorne vs arceus should be changed
