Sans wouldn't let her do it by any chance. Sans can teleport away or pull Suisei out of the way with telekinesis.

That's exactly what he does in-character; the profile already has a link to prove that Sans spams this quite a lot. In fact, his entire strategy is to never be hit once or he will die.

I don't think you can. I mean, you're putting Suisei against an opponent who spams ranged attacks and teleports, while she is just a "normal girl" without battle experience or a counter to Sans's tactics.

Sans has insane dodging skills its not a good idea to put him against people who can't do AoE

Sans also has a huge reaction speed advantage as well as potentially Time Stop to set up attacks better, no reason he can't take a step back to do that.

Already happened years ago, sans lost but it was a shit match so it got removed. Dio probably stomps if sans has no knowledge and Sans stomps if he has knowledge.

I thought speed equalized matches can equalize both the stand and the user.

the stand also has combat and reaction speed so it would get equalized too.
