Sonic has the significant AP advantage here. From what I know Ultron goes with H2H first, both with Sonic being significantly stronger, he’ll overpower him. Not to mention Ultron will not be able to harm him due to resistance to Reality Warping and his Invulnerability. So my vote goes to Sonic.

Jokes aside, Sonic pretty much low-diffs here, Ultron doesn't tend to open much with hax and Sonic resists 4-D scale reality warping, overpowers him physically due to the ridiculous AP advantage and invulnerability going brrr.
