Using the theta state's showings from the Dominus arc as evidence of mind manipulation is incredibly incorrect imo. It's very clearly stated by Luthor this is not a new ability from superman, it's the specific way Dominus and superman interacted with each other's minds and powers. So it's not like superman could do all of this one his own.

You're using one statement from Luthor vs Superman literally saying himself "I've been expanding the Theta State to create a mental battlefield around all of us" which has nothing to do with Dominus, he doesn't say "I used your power to create a mental battlefield". Luthor is simply wrong.

Then in these set of scans, Superman explicitly uses the Theta State in a mental confrontatio.

So if you want to reject the fight against Domnius it doesn't really matter.

I'm fine with using the latter scans, its just that at least some of the feats he performed in the theta state against Dominus were clearly only because of abusing Dominus reality warping power. Since it clearly had far less of an effect on reality the second time.

Mind Manipulation is the ability to manipulate and control the minds of others.

Perception Manipulation is the ability to manipulate one's very perception, allowing them to see, hear or even feel objects that aren't present or may not even exist. This usually involves manipulating the senses.

In regards to the Torquasm-Vo and the Theta State, while it mostly used for mental battles, it has the potential to manipulate the minds of others. I'm not sure if we should give him mind-manipulation if he hasn't trained or tried to use that application.

I don't think being aware of two conflicting memories of the same even counts as Perception Manipulation.

Acrobatics seems fine.

Weapon Mastery seems fine. Superman with a gun. Ah, the 80s.

I don't think he gets Absolute Zero resistance because he wasn't in the liquid.

Checking the scans again, I agree he wasn't in the liquid so I disagree with Absolute Zero resistance now.

I don't think the scans toward Mind Manipulation are enough to give the ability.

I still disagree with Perception Manipulation; the feats are not valid toward the ability's definition.

Superman isn't manipulating Dominus' mind. Superman only created the mental battlefield that both of them are in and gave Dominus specific thoughts to use.

Superman is already listed to have Resistance to Mind Manipulation.

Superman didn't mind link with Batman. Batman focused on his link to Hal to remember.

Isn't Superman just projecting the illusion into the shared Theta mental battlefield itself and not directly into Eradicator's mind; otherwise, Superman wouldn't be able to see it.
