Cuple questions, since I am not too familiar with Jin,
1. How powerful are his clones and
2. Exactly how fast is he?

For the record, Superman is over a trillion times faster than Jin. So yes, you do need to equalize speed.

Mo-Ri's clones are almost as powerful as he is, but they grow weaker as the distance between them and the original grows larger. In addition, maintaining large numbers of them puts a strain of him.
