I think this is a speed stomp so speed equalization might be necessary. As for who wins in these conditions. Now supes is above baseline 4-B and sonic is just baseline. But base sonic does have some hax abilities that could potentially put Supes down. However in another thread like this they said sonics intangibility would be useless against supes since he can see souls and such. So im leaning on supes for the win on this one.
