Mask's regen buffs out anything Tooth could actually do to him, and this particular version of him is capable of just about everything his truck could do and then some.

I'm also positive Tooth has never fought anything or anyone like the Mask, even with the kind of weird shit he's run into in the Twisted Metal games.

Nah, it's not that bad. Tooth is actually more than capable of stalemating the Mask for a while. The big thing giving him the win is his stupid survivability.
