The tabs become annoying in profiles with many versions of the same characters, when the versions are disordered without following any chronological order and when the names of the versions from which the characters comes from are abbreviated. It makes our pages look extremely unprofessional and made by anyone.
I propose that we do like in most other places and just link a page with the name of the character & a "(disambiguated)" next to that and list all the versions of the character there, we could even use the tabs to just link that. We wouldn't have to be constantly updating the tabs when a new version of a character is made, just add it in the disambiguated page.
