Well,i know a lot of Tabuu,and i watched Ben 10,so here is my awnser

Alien X,cannot act until the 3 personalities of himself agrees on something,in fact,if i were those 3 personalities... they will agree that Tabuu is a danger for the Ben 10 universe,and they decide it to Kill him,both are from the same speed...but since the personalities agreed that Tabuu is too powerful,and X has omnipotence...i am going to giving it to Alien X.

Alien X is by no means Omnipotent. Galactic Gladiator is also listed as being Omnipotent, which is impossible since there cannot be more than one Omnipotent being in any given work of fiction.
