I noticed that TBATE isn't on this wiki and I'm hoping to change that
I've been rereading up to volume 4 and compiled PnA for some of the relevant characters
I'm hoping to get more supporters for the verse to come up with other stuffs

Powers and Abilities
Base

• Statistics Amplification: Arthur can enhance his physical attributes with mana. Can also enhance his reaction time with the lightning Element
• Aura: Can coat his arm with wind element. His killing intent was also stated to be an oppressive Aura
• Elemental manipulation: As a quadra elementalist, Arthur can manipulate wind, fire, earth and lightning elements
• Fear manipulation and paralysis inducement: His killing intent could suffocate non mages paralysing them in the process. Could also replicate same on mages and was even capable of making them soil themselves
• Energy Manipulation: Can transfer mana from himself to others via contact
• Telepathy: Could communicate with his bond mentally via a mark on his arm
• Expert Swordmanship: As early as 3 years old, he was regarded as a genius in the handling of swords
• Extrasensory Perception: Can use the wind element to look around his environment in the dark and the information is relayed back to him
• Instinctive Reaction: Can instinctively react to multiple attacks
• String Manipulation: By manipulating mana, Arthur could create strings out of it to attach to his weapons

Realmheart

• Space and Time manipulation: By using Distortion, Arthur can separate himself from space and time, effectively stopping time in the moment it's active
• Statistics Amplification: This phase grants him more access to mana which gives him a power up
• Increased mastery over the elements

Resistances
Arthur can resist:

• Precognition: Rinia stated that she couldn't see parts of his future
• Extreme Temperature: With the assimilation of Sylvia's core, Arthur becane unaffected by freezing conditions

These are the PnA I could gather from Volume 1 up till the point he was arrested by the council.

I think you just forgot water and ice on elemental manipulation , also gravity manipulation but that is only with realmhearth 2th phase

Also it should be noted that arthur cannot interact with people while time is frozen , unless he separates then from space and time as well

Here's the justification for lightning attacks being regarded as lightning speed

• Making muscles of affected beings contract
• Having an (electro) magnetic field
• Being shown to actually move with a speed similar to lightning
• Flowing through conducting materials
• The character being able to manipulate real electricity or electromagnetism in general
• Generating ozone or causing electrolysis.
• Generating 1.6 billions Joules, that's 0.38 Tons of TNT or Building leve

Does anyone have scans when Lightning magic fulfill the conditions above?
Especially that of Bairon or Arthur

• Accelerated Development: By engaging in repeated combats, Arthur's combat levels increased at an astonishing rate even from the perspective of a martial master who has lived for hundred of years
• Enhanced Senses: By imbuing mana into his eyes, he can see much farther than regular eyes
• Power Nullification: Arthur can invalidate the spell of his opponent, preventing it from getting formed
• Flight: As a white core mage, Arthur became capable of flight
• Master Martial Artist, Weapon Mastery
• Martial Arts and Damage Reduction
• Pressure Points:Arthur can pin point and attack magic pathways to paralyse his opponent

Realmheart

• Regeneration Negation{low mid}: By manipulating Aether, Arthur can prevent regeneration from happening. It should be noted that said regeneration was capable of growing new limbs
• Spatial Manipulation: By manipulating, Arthur can

  Pocket Reality
• SpaceTime Manipulation: As a result of inheriting Sylvia's will, Arthur can manipulate space and time as shown in his ability to stop time, separate space and was even hinted to manipulate spacetime itself

Resistances:
Arthur can resist the effects of:

• Fear Manipulation and paralysis inducement from the aura of Asuras

Nope, that is not how the wiki handles multipliers, just because you can defeat five people it does not mean you scale to their combined AP, he would just be unquantifiably stronger than victoriad arthur

"at least 7-B" ratings
