The Terrarian is high 5-A at their best... while at its best, SCP-001 is just 5-B but has a lot of hax.

If the Terrarian shoots him from out of range he has a good chance. It would be like fighting the dungeon guardian; avoid his attacks at all costs and shoot him from afar. By the way, does equalized speed prevent the Terrarian from using a swiftness potion?

I dont see why not, it's void manipulation, and considering the Foundation was powerless to stop it despite everything they have at their disposal, i'd say it's a fair assumption that it could erase magic

Even though Terrarian is a higher tier and has shown stronger feats in attack and defense, I don't believe he would be able to withstand 001's sword or get any attacks past the 1 km range. And 001 could just mentally command him to stop if all else fails. Terrarian doesn't seem to have resistance to mind manipulation, unless we were to assume his items that block status effects like confusion would grant him such.

Unfortunately, the ankh shield only protects from bleeding, damage to armor, burning, freezing, confusion, curses, vision reduction, poison, stopping him from using magic, encumberment, and weakness. Anything not under that category, like petrification for example (Which happens in Terraria) will still work.
