Falling into Boundary makes your body turned into beings like Arakune, and it counts as Transmutation yes. He originated from Boundary itself.

Everytime he attacks with Ouroboros, which is his first move, he directly attacks mind each time it connects.

He can neutralize it with Bleu Grimoire. It nullified Ragna's ability to use Drive. Though if he feels like doing it from the get go is really unpredictable, he's playful person.
