SCP-343 is an avatar of the All-Mighty so he should also have all of 343's powers but to a much higher extend. (Stated in Chaoskampf and creation)

The All-Mighty also transcends the duality of exstience and non-existentnce, if that means anything. He should also have resistance to concept manipulation as he wasn't affected by Satan utilizing concepts and ideas and firing at him.

Even if the proposal for The All-Mighty to have all the powers of 343 TAM should stil get Reality warping, space-time manipulation, energy manipulation, mind manipulation, soul manipulation, concept manipulation, law manipulation, and creation. (Shown in Chaoskampf and creation)

I believe that will give Transduality, but we need more context. Also, where did you hear that? Some scans will be really useful here.
