-3 Bill Ciphers are for people who get roflstomped by Bill Cipher

-2 Bill Ciphers are for people who get stomped by Bill Cipher

-1 Bill Ciphers are for people who fairly lose against Bill Cipher

0 Bill Ciphers are for people who inconclusive against Bill Cipher

+1 Bill Ciphers are for people who fairly beat Bill Cipher

+2 Bill Ciphers are for people who stomp Bill Cipher

+3 Bill Ciphers are for people who roflstomp Bill Cipher
