The Boss's sprinting speed should be upgraded from Peak human to Superhuman because he can keep up with Cars while Sprinting.

While Sprinting, yeah, he can actually overshoot the motorcycles, at high levels.

Absolutely. He's also bullet proof, fire proof, explosive proof, immune to fall damage, has unlimited ammo, can flip over tanks with punches...
