Let's see how this Goes

Rules:
-Speed Equalized
-Both Combatants are 1000 Meters Away from eachother
-Makima has Knowledge of Adam's Status
-Battle takes place in a Abandoned City
-Sba

Upscales from a feat that gets Upscaled to 550 Tons of TNT Physically
Upscales from 100% Gun Devil which scales to 128.18 Kilotons of TNT from 100/28ths of its 28% Emergence with Telekinesis

Adam: @Anonymous_Learner
Scales to 44.91 Kilotons of TNT

Johnny: @Arkenis

Advantages:
Makima: Around 3x AP Advantage with Telekinesis, Bio Hax could cause some damage, and probably a bit more.

Adam: Is physically more stronger than Makima, Adam's Holy Manipulation would bypass Makima's Contract due to it having Soul Erasure

Against opponents she cannot or does not choose to immediately control until she proves herself being able to properly defeat them, Makima generally prefers to stay in the shadows while manipulating or controlling others to perform the battles for her but when the situation is right or when it calls for it, she'll typically use her overwhelming telekinetic powers to quickly and mercilessly end a fight. Only in rare situations against opponents who she deeply respects or/and admires such as Chainsaw Man will she choose to personally engage with them with just her bare hands. However, during fights, due her damage transference contract, Makima generally does not care nor try to avoid any incoming attacks no matter what threat it poses to her.

Wow Adam resists all of Makima's one-shot moves and can insta-kill her if her regeneration isn't put at Mid-High.

Bio Hax still like causes some damage to Adam
and Makima's Telekinesis/Bang has around 3x AP Advantage

and doesn't really matter what Regen I restrict, The Soul Erasure would still come into effect when Adam kills Makima.

don't forget about bang, since Makima won't control Adam immediately due to Knowledge of his Status, she would send out her controlled minions first, and would see them get mercilessly slaughtered

which would be a good enough reason for her to start Banging Adam, and with the 3x AP Advantage, while not a One-shot it's still a big AP Advantage for Makima

Since Makima won't be able to control him, hell devil is likely gonna be her second maybe third option. Theres also bang and her other contracts like Precog which would make most of Adam's attacks useless.
 
okay with the things lay out now, I could see Makima getting Win so voting for Makima fra.

Pressuring Adam just ends up making him resort to his holy light, which is "far higher" over his regular speed too, so don't think that’ll go too well.

Just sending him to Hell is a fair bit more reliable.

if that's the case, Makima's Bang also has a Higher Rating than her regular speed. and I'm pretty sure Speeds higher than a person's Base speed just get downscaled the same amount, but not fully equal
 
With equalized speed, Makima doesn't seem to have reactions to dodge Holy Light, an attack Adam likes to spam, he'd just vaporize her instantly, no?

I would say yes, but the Distance is 1000 Meters, and due to the rules set, Makima wouldn't Immediately go control Adam, instead She would send her Minions first.

Which would get Slaughtered by Adam, which Makima will know due to her Eyesight being able to see Hundreds of Kilometers away, and give her the right situation to try and mercilessly end the fight with Bang, which has 3x AP Advantage and smth she does use alot.

I'll wait for the other CSM supporters to come since I'm not good at explaining

Difference is that Adam would instantly vaporize, Bang wouldn't instantly one-shot.

Just seems to me like he'd vaporize them and immediately focus on Makima before she attacks to be honest.

Pretty sure Adam would've crossed the gap by then, it's not like her minions would get summoned that far away from him before he crosses the distance.
 
Makima can hide and use her subordinates to wear Adam down, people like Quanxi and Reze don't do much harm but are enough to make it difficult for Adam because of their skills, once it reaches the point where Makima finds it impossible to kill Adam normally she can use Death Ritual and it all ends there. I vote Makima

Besides Makima still has some other win-con but I will recommend the above win-con

Reading the comments above i'm assuming Makima has her controlled abilities?
In that case i'm voting for Makima due to better range, intelligence, precog and movement.

Makima is able to accurately aim and land consecutive hits on Pochita while he was far into outer space, as well as fight with Gun Devil while it was attacking her from another country through remote summons.
Adam's wincon here is getting off his disintegration beam on Makima, wich she can avoid through precog + teleportation (considering her senses are much much better than Adam's even with his portals she'd have a much easier time finding him and hiding from him than vice versa), meanwhile Makima's wincon is pretty much just keeping her distance while landing Bang until he falls, wich is an attack that's not only invisible and faster than her, making it harder to react, but could also knockback a class G Pochita far away before he could even react or anchor himself with his class G LS.
Unlike with Pochita, she also doesn't have many reasons to avoid cheesing him like she did against the gun devil, as in summoning Punishment Devil on him, BFRing him to hell (wich has interdimensional range vs interplanetary, though i have no idea how travelling from heaven to earth is only interplanetary in hazbin). Outplanning and just overall not giving him chance to make use of his instawin ability.
