So this guy is like Multi-Solar System level with absolutely no justification. Well, the Prince should have Universe level durability for being able to take hits from the The King of All Cosmos when he's angry. While he doesn't necessarily possess any AP feats against him or anything of that nature, he does have Multi-Solar System justification, remaking all of the stars in the entirety of the universe within a short, unspecified amount of time. A katamari of a few centimeters is enough for him to make a star, and yet he can roll katamari to be bigger than galaxies. He also made a katamari that plugged up the black hole that devoured everything in the universe. He easily made a Reactor Core that powered the RoboKing that was capable of destroying all of the stars in the universe on a separate occasion. OH, I FORGOT, YOU CAN ALSO LITERALLY ROLL UP THE KING. So I think the Prince should be 3-A, for AP and Durability.
As for his abilities, he should have Gravity Manipulation, Mind Manipulation for being able to go into people's minds and roll things up within them, Dream Manipulation for being able to roll up dreams, Energy Manipulation for being able to provide energy for a Reactor Core, Earth Manipulation for being able to make katamari into planets, Magma/Gas Manipulation for being able to make katamari into stars, Biological Manipulation for being able to make things like whales out of katamari, note he can also use things that are round and big-ish to use as katamari, as he has even used a sump wrestler as a katamari before. He can also roll up water and recreated Neptune, so he should have Water Manipulation. He should have Air Manipulation and Ice Manipulation for being able to recreate the gas giants in the solar system. Ice Manipulation is further justified by making the Snowman Planet. Plant Manipulation for being able to make an entire planet of flowers, and an entire galaxy out of roses. Animal Manipulation for making a planet made of animals. The Prince can also roll up rainbows, so perhaps Light Manipulation.
