If they can fight in voids where time doesn't exist, shouldn't their speed be infinite or immeasurable?

Hypothetically infinite, although it depends on the in-story portrayal. However, I can only find this character of that name.

welp, there are only two Elder Gods in this wiki, don't known about the Elder Gods from MK, but the Elder God that Antvasima is talking about isn't that strong as he (the god) were talking in the game

Can't help much with this due that I don't known the character(s), but another character that can move where the time doesn't exist are writen as infinite speed, or maybe immeasurable? so, is likely true, but with certain condition I guess

Immeasurable at the very least requires 2-dimensional/planar time,or rather the ability to encompass all timelines/possibilities at once.

However, I placed them at possibly infinite speed.
