This thread hopes to compile the characters with the greatest finite speeds on this site, per tier. The point of this thread isn't to find out which characters will blitz each other persay, but rather to find out which characters are the fastest in raw numbers. As such, no infinite, immesurable or omnipresent characters will be allowed.

Any characters that tie for a spot will be indicated with a forward slash (/)

This list considers movement speed as well as reaction/attack speed. If a certain character is the fastest in only one of these areas, then it will be noted in brackets.

Any tiers without characters applicable for this list (e.g. Tier 0) will be indicated with N/A
