Normally, existence erasure is a form of magic or hax, but by the looks of things, Doodlebob has to physically erase his opponent with the magic pencil. At least that's what I can gather from it. Since the Flying Dutchman is non-corporeal, its not likely the pencil can do that. I dunno what other wincons Doodlebob would have, but there's gotta be one somewhere.
