All transfers form closed timelike curves, suggesting an advanced level of temporal integration not available to the Foundation in the past or investigated future [3]

3. Investigations have so far proceeded as far as the year 2900 Anno Domini, and while Temporal Distortion Engines have been constructed prior to this date they are imperfect and require manual paradox resolution by Foundation staff to prevent timeline collapse.
