The hax category

Well, Janemba 's page still has the "hax" category on his profile, so I was wondering if he is still considered a hax user at this moment?

Alternatively, Fayt still has the hax category applied as well.

Aside from very specific characters such as Giorno, most characters at Low 2-C and 2-C don't need to be in the hax category, I think.
