Aside from the potential AP difference, I'm pretty sure the Hero of Oakvale outhaxes The Hunter by a large margin. Time Slow, Teleportation, Life Force Draining...

If it weren't for the speed difference (Hypersonic+ vs Massively Hypersonic+ reactions), this match would be pretty clear cut. That said, there's nothing stopping The Hero from Time Slowing and Life Draining at the same time.
