The Intelligence page

I wrote a new version of the intelligence page that I think should replace the current page as it goes into better depth, addresses misconceptions, and gives examples. Again, this isn't a suggestion for a wiki-wide revision, just for a rewrite of the Intelligence page that provides better information and is generally more useful.

This is to be discussed by staff members here. If non-staff users have something about the page, just say it in the blog's comments.

Any suggestions for change are welcome.

I think that it is much better written than the current page.

However, I would prefer if we keep "Above Average" and "Gifted" instead of "Learned".
