The iron giant (iron giant) vs Grand king Ghidorah (Godzilla)

After the nuke the iron giant had rebuilt itself as it looked back to his old earth home then turned back and was about to leave until he heard a loud scearh as it turned back and saw a ginat flying monster thing land in middle of town as it started to blast everywhere destroying the place as he then started to run back to the town to face off aginst this monster.

I think than Grand king Ghidorah has the points for win. His speed, Regenerationn, electrokinesis and spatial manipulation can help him to win.

I'm going with Ghidorah. It took an army of Giants to destroy a planet while Ghidorah seems to be able to do it on his own.
