Hisoka is MCB and Hypersonic. He should absolutely ROFLstomp in a random encounter. MAYBE the Joker could do something with prep, but I'm uncertain.

this matchup was only meant to bring smiles to people's faces, the answer is plainly obvious (even with prep The joker has no chance), people are just to obsessed and stressed these days, i just wanted for people to look at this post and smile, sorry if i bothered anyone...
