Youp, mind control is Trough based(this was the exactly moment after a mind control protectione amulet broke, trough finn him selfe has a Power level of Minde control resistence, that's why he could resist)
And sorry, only could find in portugues the scene
The battle starts and Kirby is mind fuck3d, I had forgot he is always using mind control around him (he didn't used against finn again beacuse he could resist alread, but continue to use against other targets)

Well, It would be incapactation, he would probable just make kirby kille other people or even, or absorb kirby into him self

And also, litch has perception ande fear manipulation, he could just trapp kirby in a ilusion and make him be incapaciteted by fear... Litch stomos in a bum h of ways here
