I'll assume base 9-C for both then so no AP advantage for either.

So, the mimic seems like it's very good at hunting humans. Copying voices and all, but these don't actually do anything when the opponent reacts to all human noise indiscriminately. It's only hope is stealth which is already iffy due to the dinos enhanced senses. I feel like it jumps one and loses to the rest immediately.

I would say a 1v1 battle would be farier, 5 seen to stomp if they have the same AP values, just that the dinossaur is more adapted to combat them the mimic that seen to be almost 100% stealth and overpowering It's prey

I would say so, Would still vote for the Dilo, they are more adapted to actual combat to others on their level, have a ranged attack that can blind the oponent and enchanced senss to counter stealth

It's been a while since i touched anything Vita Carnis related, but generally a Mimic in this situation has not a whole lot going for it. (It seems out statted here pretty well, which sucks for something that relies on it's strength over it's typical prey) I'll for the Dilophosaurus for people's reasons above.
