As long as there is even the tiniest, infinitesimal possibility that something can occur in the future, the eye can make it happen. Phantasmagoria: An ability which can negate the abilities of Demiurge's opponents, and also create illusions encompassing entire cities. The ability can also manipulate the memories of the people in Demiurge's illusions, and also manipulate their minds, and feelings. Omnium Principia: An ability which obliterates Ether, the component that forms all life, containing the mind, body and spirit

The Phoenix has nothing demiurge can't deal with, how does it even kill demiurge? Only thing it could do is transmutation, or bfr but i think bfr is useless because it sends things to a galaxy, or the past or future, demiurge exists outside of time, and observes all of time, can erase the past and destroy infinite potential futures so, don't think bfr it to the past or future is doing anything.

And the phoenix isn't acausal, demiurge sees all of time and the infinite possibilities for the future + understands everything about the phoenix, then fate haxes it by choosing a future where the phoenix losses from among the infinite possibilities.
