Doing this thread in a purpose to go on what we missed and/or forgot, or to simply add new stuff from recent information that came aboard the Zukan updates. This is probably my last big revision for Showa Kamen Riders before finally moving on.

Civilian Keys Upgrade​

Currently, almost all of our Showa Rider Civilian keys are rated as "At least 9-B, likely far higher", for stuff such as Hayato tanking a explosion, Shiro being thrown through a wall, and some other stuff, among with multiple stances of them being able to harm Kaijins at this state (which there are currently no scans, I will leave this for my future self).

By the way, a feat that it is currently in Shiro Kazami's profile was calculated, Harifugu Appache's torpedo reached Multi-City Block level range.

Lifting Strength Updates​

Being straightfoward here, because the recent Skyrider specs gave us a interesting information regarding his current LS rate.

Hiroshi Tsukuba (and Ichigo to ZX in their civilian forms) is currently rated as Class 100 from withstand the weight of Zogameron and Bongo, the former with a weight of 50 tons. The official KR Zukan does confirms that Bongo also weighs 50 tons, which means that Hiroshi was withstand a total of 100 tons, which is baseline Class K, meaning that the Riders from Ichigo to ZX in their civilian forms (and early Ichigo/Nigo) should be upgraded to it.

I also did a update in the Lifting Strength scaling chain, since I only covered X-Rider, Stronger and RX multipliers. Kamen Rider Stronger and onwards will be upgraded to Class G in variable scales, while his Charge Up during RX years will be Class T.

Kamen Riders ZO and J directly upscales Charge Up Stronger and thus will become Class T in Lifting Strength. The Giant Shadow Moon from Kamen Rider World will also become Class T for matching Jumbo Formation J.

Ranges​

So, most of the profiles' range section are pretty lacking, so I just reformulated them adding information from their specs and vehicles, and a bit more.
Kamen Rider Ichigo: Extended Melee Range physically. Kilometers with Cyclone Infrared Headlights (Emits infrared rays to illuminate as brightly as daylight up to 1 kilometer ahead), Super Tactile Antenna (Can catch radio waves in a 4 kilometer square area), O Signal (Detects monsters within a radius of 100 meters and a special wavelength emitted by them, and has a danger detector capable of searching enemy monsters up to 4 kilometers), Super Hearing Device (Can distinguish sounds from a distance of 4 kilometers) and Attitude Control 3D Gyro (Detects vehicle inclination and speed within 5 kilometers). Hundreds of Kilometers with Cyclone Radar (Can detect obstacles 200 kilometers away). Thousands of Kilometers with Telepathy (Can communicate with other Kamen Riders through telepathy over thousands of kilometers)

Kamen Rider Nigo: Extended Melee Range physically. Kilometers with O Signal (Detects monsters up to 4 kilometers, and within a radius of 100 meters, it detects a special wavelength emitted by them) and Super Hearing Device (Can distinguish sounds from a distance of 4 kilometers). Thousands of Kilometers with Telepathy (Can communicate with other Kamen Riders through telepathy over thousands of kilometers)

Kamen Rider V3: Extended Melee Range physically. Kilometers with O Signal (Detects monsters within 2 kilometers) and Driving Computer (Hurricane can run automatically by remote control of V3 within a radius of 2 kilometers). Tens of Kilometers with V3 Hopper (The images are captured from 500 meters above the sky covering a 10 kilometers square area). Thousands of Kilometers with Telepathy (Comparable to Ichigo and Nigo, who can communicate with other Kamen Riders through telepathy over thousands of kilometers)

Riderman: Extended Melee Range, up to Tens of Meters with Cassette Arms. Hundreds of Kilometers with Beam Lamp (Can emit infrared lights up to 700 meters away)

Kamen Rider X: Extended Melee Range physically. Tens of Meters with Ridol (Long Pole can be extended and retracted up to 10 meters. Ridol Rope can extend up to 30 meters). Planetary with Telepathy (His antenna is capable of telepathic communication with any location on Earth)

Kamen Rider Amazon: Extended Melee Range physically. Tens of Meters with Condorer. Hundreds of Meters with Harpoon Gun (Has an effective range of 100 meters). At least Kilometers with Eyes (His eyesight is superior that of birds of prey, including eagles, who can sight their prey two miles away). Tens of Kilometers with Nostril (His sense of smell is superior that of dogs, who can smell their way back home from up to 12.4 miles away)

Kamen Rider Stronger: Extended Melee Range physically, Tens of Meters to Hundreds of Meters with ranged attacks, Kilometers with Kabutoro (Electric Light has an irradiation range of 2 kilometers). Thousands of Kilometers with Electricity Absorption (Kabutoro can absorb static eletricity from the atmosphere)

Skyrider: Extended Melee Range physically. Hundreds of Meters with E-Signal (E-Signal can catch energy emitted by Neo-Shocker monsters and emits light when approaching within 200 meters). Kilometers with Fighting Shoes (His ankles have a vibration-sensing device that can detect footsteps one kilometer away) and Double Light (Double Light is a high performance light that can illuminate up to one kilometer away). Tens of Kilometers with Belt Ear (His hearing is said to be 20 to 50 times better than that of a normal person, with effective radius of 30 km, and he can hear a needle falling one kilometer)

Kamen Rider Super-1: Extended Melee Range physically. Hundreds of Meters with the Five Hands. Tens of Kilometers with Power Searcher (Can illuminate up to 10 kilometers away), Miracle Light (Can illuminate up to several tens of kilometers away) and Radar Eye (Radar Hands can obtain information within a radius of 10 kilometers)

Kamen Rider ZX: Extended Melee Range physically. Tens of Meters with Micro Chain (Can extend up to 20 meters). Kilometers with Cross Shuriken (Can accurately hit a target one kilometer away with shurikens). Thousands of Kilometers with Telepathy (Can communicate even with the other side of the Earth)

Kamen Rider Black: Extended Melee Range physically. Tens of Meters with Kingstone Flash. At least Hundreds of Meters with Sensitive Ears (His sensitive ears can hear whispers from 500 meters away, while also catching normal speech and sound waves). Kilometers with Multi-Eye (Multi-Eye has a telescope to see up to one kilometer ahead, broadsight for wide field of vision, noctovision to see through dark areas) Interdimensional with Summoning (Could summon Road Sector while in the Mirror World and Spirit World)

Shadow Moon: Extended Melee Range physically. At least Hundreds of Meters with Side Ears (Side Ear can hear even the sound of a drop of water 500 meters away). Up to Thousands of Meters with ranged abilities. Kilometers with Mighty Eye (Mighty Eye has telephoto ability, can see up to 1.5 kilometers away). Thousands of Kilometers with V Antenna (V Antenna can receive all radio waves in the world). Interdimensional with Summoning (Comparable to Black Sun)

Kamen Rider Black RX: Extended Melee Range physically. Tens of Meters with Kingstone Flash. At least Hundreds of Meters with Sensitive Ears. Kilometers with Macro Eye (Macro Eye is capable of detecting infrared, ultraviolet, and X-rays, and it has a wide field of view and see up to 3 kilometers away). Universal with Vortech Shooter (The range of the Vortech Shooter is infinite), Universal+ with Revolcane (Destroyed the Demon World, a world that mirrors the exact same structures of the main universe, such as the Earth, the Moon, the Sun, constellations, and nebulae, also containing its own space-time continuum), Low Multiversal with Telepathy and Summoning (Can summon Ridoron and Acrobatter whether be on Earth, or the Demon World)

Kamen Rider ZO: Extended Melee Range physically, At least Hundreds of Meters with Chi Manipulation, Telepathy and Enhanced Senses (Can distinguish people's conversation and whispers 100 meters away). Planetary with Empowerment and Absorption (Can absorb energy from Mother Nature)

Kamen Rider J: Extended Melee Range physically. Tens of Meters with Jumbo Formation. Kilometers with J-Eye and J-Antenna (J-Eye can see one kilometer ahead even when the surroundings are shrouded in thick fog. J-Antenna can detect the presence of an enemy 5 kilometers away). Planetary with Empowerment and Absorption (Can absorb energy from Mother Nature)

Speed​

Not a big deal actually, it is just to add Rider Machines in the speed section when the Rider in specific is slower than the oficial maximum speed of the vehicle (since Rider Machines are consistently faster than the Riders' own physical speed despite being faster than the machines' official speed given by Toei).

Kamen Rider Ichigo: Subsonic with Cyclone (400 km/h) (Original & Sakurajima Ichigo) | Subsonic with Cyclone (500 km/h, up to 600 km/h with booster) (New Ichigo)

Powers and Abilities​

This section will be adressing Powers and Abilities that were forgotten by the past threads or that were recently elaborated thanks to Zukan's updates, and it will be also adressing replacements. Keep in mind that there will be P&A that already exists in their respective pages, and they're here for the sake of additions.

Kamen Rider Ichigo and Nigo

Air Manipulation becomes Empowerment, the reasoning is self-explanatory;
Ichigo doesn't necessarily manipulates air itself, but he absorbs any form of wind and converts into energy for himself.

Their resistance to Temperature Manipulation gets boosted as well, since both survived a nuclear bomb detonation point-blank. which has 100 million degrees Celsius at its center.

Cyclone should get;
This should apply to the Shocker Riders since they have their own Cyclone.

Kamen Rider V3
The reasoning for Air Manipulation is fine, but it should also include Empowerment.
Hurricane should have;
Riderman
Should have Bodily Weaponry (Artificial) for obvious reasons that are the Cassette Arms, its standard form is a hook, it can change to a spiked steel ball, a strong net, a crescent-shaped blade, a drill, a machine gun that can fire 1,000 bullets per second, a sickle and a smoke screen generator.

His Air Manipulation becomes Empowerment for similar reasons from Ichigo, he doesn't manipulate air directly, he just gains energy from it.

Kamen Rider X
Like what we do with Rider weapons, X-Rider should have a new tabber covering Ridol abilities. This are already included in the profile, so nothing new.
Kamen Rider Amazon

Jungler should have;
Kamen Rider Stronger
Stronger currently has Resistance Negation for being able to negate some Kikkaijin's electricity manipulation resistance, which isn't correct since he is not negating their resistances via hax, but through sheer power, which is just a layered form of electricity manipulation.

Furthermore, this is something more elaborated for his Charge Up form. Zukan confirms his electricity can affect Delzer Army's Generals, who resist Stronger's normal electricity.

The power and speed have been dramatically increased by the acquisition of super-electron energy, which is 100 times more powerful than electrical energy. So I'll suggest to replace Resistance Negation with Enhanced Electricity Manipulation, and move it to a tabber for his Charge Up form. General Shadow should also have Resistance to Electricity Manipulation for Delzer Generals being resistant to Stronger's normal electricity by default.
Skyrider
Now, the Enhanced Senses, Extrasensory Perception and Information Analysis featured in his "Original" tabber within "Powers" is about a page that analyzes the structures of a post-Power Up Skyrider, and some examples of the description are not present in his original form. But thanks to Zukan, the Skyrider pages gives us the differences between each form's sensorial powers.

For the Original, it'll be;

As for the Power Up form;

The ability of talking with animals listed in Information Analysis should be moved to Telepathy in his Power Up form since he is not analyzing anything, just communicating with animals.

Super-1 should also have Resistance to Dream Manipulation for the same reason he has Fear Manipulation resistance, since Zukan confirmed that he did overcame his nightmare inducement abilities, which are shown to exist in the episode.

Later, he tried to mix the dream medicine into tap water, but Kazuya overcame his nightmares after rigorous training. Replace Body Control with Non-Standard Breathing (Type 1) for Black Sun and Shadow Moon, being able to support underwater activity for 10 or 60 minutes is not Body Control since they're not manipulate their body parts, it is just that their lungs are durable enough for that.

For Satansaber users, they should have Life Manipulation and Soul Manipulation. Black Sun killed Shadow Moon with the Satansaber by striking his Kingstone, who is both the life and soul of a Century King.

Kamen Rider Black RX
Since the Vortech Shooter has a 100% hit rate (meaning it will always hit the target), then this could imply Probability Manipulation, which would make sense since unlike Jungler, the Vortech Shooter has infinite range.

Kamen Rider Shin

Remove Limited Self-Sustenance (Type 1).
Self-Sustenance is for indefinitive sustenance, not temporary, this is should be Non-Standard Breathing (Type 1) and also moved to stamina.

Jin Dogma​

The Dimensional Manipulation that is listed in the "Technology" tabber should be moved to the "Kaijins" tabber. Kamen Rider Zukan confirms that it is Kogoenbee himself who created the 4-D tunnel.

He is the keeper of the four-dimensional tunnel that leads to Jin Dogma's utopian utopia, and looks like a square refrigerator with an icy head and limbs. He shoots "Cogoembeh freezing gas" from his shoulder nozzles and arms. Not only does it freeze its target, but it also uses it as a smoke screen.

「ジュニアライダー隊」の面々を追い、四次元トンネルに迷い込んだ沖一也と対峙。仮面ライダースーパー1にコゴエンベエ冷凍ガスを浴びせて姿を消した。

He chases after the members of the Junior Rider Squad and confronts Kazuya Oki, who has wandered into the 4-dimensional tunnel. He then showered Kamen Rider Super 1 with Kogoembei cryogenic gas and disappeared.

Additionally, Utopian is confirmed to be managed by Jin Dogma themselves, controlling both pathways (Kogoenbee) and elements of the dimension.

[Operation Four-Dimensional Tunnel]
An operation planned by Dr. Ghost of the evil organization "Jindoguma" and executed by Kogoembeh.

Kogoembeh's ability connects the inside of a refrigerator discarded in a garbage dump to the 4th dimensional space and abducts people.

He led the gathered people to Jindogma's ideal world, "Utopian," and tried to make them pledge allegiance to Jindogma by letting them experience the ideal life there. [#38]

Which means Jin Dogma should have Type VII Kardashev Level for managing and controlling a 4-D world.

Spacetime Rupture System​

This will be a simple, yet big one. I'll start with just two abilities that should've been added alongside four current ones.

The first being Reality Warping, which is pretty straightfoward as it meets multiple descriptions of the page.

The ability to change reality into how the person in question sees fit, while ignoring the rules of science. Users can alter any item already considered real. Any decision made in the past, any item ever created, any movement, choice, color, atom, or molecule that exists can be changed. All of existence bends to the imagination of a reality warper. Users can rewrite the laws of physics and then change them back in an instant, universes can bend to the will of a reality warper. Examples include erasing things out of existence, granting wishes, creating universes, creating/altering matter, time manipulation, spatial manipulation, etc.
It warps space and time in a level that it transcends it completely, it erases objects in a beyond space and time level, and transforms matter into energy and vice versa.

The second one being Matter Manipulation, for the following reasoning in the page.
Converting matter into energy can also be listed as matter manipulation, but an appropriate explanation regarding the scope of applications the ability has should be given.
Which is exactly like the SRS does, it first warps space and time, then converts matter into energy and finally erases it, as we see in the testing scene sent by above.

But now, for the big thing, let's talk about the hax potency. Spacetime Rupture System is currently accepted as being 4D in potency for the same reasonings in the page, it transcends time, space and matter. However, this assumed that time mostly would've been treated as not having a extra axis in relation to our 3D space, meaning it wouldn't be 4D, but in Kikaider 01, episode 36 (from the franchise Kikaider who takes place in the wider Toei Tokusatsu multiverse as stabilished here), we have are aware that time is related to the fourth dimension. The episode in question is about SHADOW (the bad guys) abducting Hiraga Gennai, a scientist from the Edo period and bringing him into the present so he can work with them, and for that, they use a Time Travel Tunnel who is described as 4th dimensional in the episode, with the evil organization making use of 4D technology, such as Fourth Dimension Clock, which chooses the year they want to visualize, as the image is project in the 4-D Television.

We might have more examples of similar cases, but adding this with the fact that we already do consider space-time being 4D, as from Black RX destroying everything in the Demon Space including its matter and space-time being Low 2-C is pretty much consistent that time works as the fourth dimension in the Toei Tokusatsu multiverse, which leads to the superiority of the Spacetime Rupture System over it, so let's dive into the statements again since we got new stuff thanks to Zukan's updates. Space-time rupture system
The time-space rupture system transcends time and space, exchanging matter and energy to instantly annihilate any object. The control device is inside the body of the Ambassador of Darkness.

Badan
It is an evil organization controlled by the energy of evil spirits. It is an insane army that plans to destroy the entire world by activating the Time-Space Rupture System, a device that can all erases matter on beyond space-time level by converting the matter into energy.

Space-time rupture system
The most advanced of Badan's systems, which transcend dimensions and instantly annihilate everything through the exchange of matter and energy.

伊藤博士を中心に、次元を超えた物質とエネルギーの交換によってすべての物体を消滅させる「時空破断システム」を開発した。

その後、システムの完成目前に実験が行われ、その威力を目の当たりにして動揺。外部に知らせるべく脱走を図ったが、バダン帝国の怪人、タイガーロイドによって始末されてしまった。

Three scientists who were forced to cooperate with the secret organization "Badan Empire".

Led by Dr. Ito, they developed a "space-time rupture system" that annihilates all objects by exchanging matter and energy across dimensions.

Later, just before the system was completed, an experiment was conducted, and they were upset to witness its power. He attempted to escape in order to inform the outside world, but was killed by the Tigeroid, a monster of the Badan Empire.
So it is extremely consistent that the effects of the Spacetime Rupture System have transcendence over space, time and dimensions to the point of destroying/erasing matter to a level that is beyond it by gathering matter and energy across dimensions, which would make the effects being 5D in hax potency. Now, I'm not saying that they should have Low 1-C durability, but it does work for the machine having enough range to be 5D in its effects.

Creation King

Simple enough, first, removing the "possibly" from his Immortality (Type 8) justification since his words are straight up that. At first, I added the "possibly" since the Creation King never returned again in the series' main universe, which doesn't mean he was permanently killed, as we have games that follows the event of many Rider series with the appearence of the Creation King in different bodies. The "possibly" from Infinite stamina should be just gone too, I don't even remember why I added that since the Creation King is the creator of the Kingstones yielded by Black Sun and Shadow Moon, with both having solid Infinite stamina.

Second is adding Type 2 Immortality as well. We know that the Creation King once had a full body similar to that of Black Sun and Shadow Moon, but his body was destroyed at some point, reducing him to his current giant heart form.

Bringing back keys from past series​

Over the revisions, I've been defined all of their tier changes based in a single "Post-Series" key for every time a past Rider appears in a current Rider series, however, after reading some of our current Heisei profiles, I've realized something, why I don't adjust the keys by their appearences in each series instead of merging all of them in a single one? It would be a lot better for readers check their power evolution throughout the series.

The following changes were already accepted in previous CRTs, so let's define our tiering;

  • Civilian forms become 8-A.
  • Many LS ratings are updated with their qualified multipliers. Civilians and early Ichigo/Nigo will be Class K, and ZO, J & Giant Shadow Moon will be Class T.
  • Ranges are updated.
  • Several P&A additions or replacements.
  • Jin Dogma gets Type VII Kardashev Level and Dimensional Manipulation is moved to "Kaijins" tabber.
  • Spacetime Rupture System is added with Reality Warping and Matter Manipulation, plus becomes 5D in range.
  • Creation King gets a solid Immortality (Type 8) and Infinite stamina, plus gains Immortality (Type 2).
  • Keys from past series appearences returns.

I think it might work since it is stated that it can break anything under it. If anything I can add "can bypass durability with X" at the AP section in some profiles.

And there's also the thing that vibration manipulation is also often treated as dura neg because it is capable of hurting internal organs.

I’m pretty sure this is less of him manipulating the probability of hitting and more of just how accurate the homing on the harpoon is. High hit rate doesn’t automatically equate to prob manip

High hit rate is completely different from a hundred percent hit chance and my comment is about 100% which, as I said, is definitely probability manipulation; It's not probability manipulation if the sentence is in a figurative sense.
 
A high hit rate could still be 100%. There’s nothing talking about how the harpoons are manipulating probability, only that it’s hit rate is insanely good. Like, if a rocket could home in on targets and always hit them due to how powerful the homing system is, it’s not hitting targets because it’s Manipulating probability

Dude, do you have any idea what it means to have a 100% chance of anything? It's literally impossible and there's no way it happens because yes, you have to completely ignore the meaning.
and in the same way, it can be used to make sure attacks always hit.

This is the definition of contradiction if it has a 100% chance of success, it's manipulating the probability. There is no such thing as a 100% success rate without manipulation of probability.

That's what I said if it's literal it's probability manipulation, if it's figurative it's not probability manipulation, so my suggestion was a "possibly" and not something solid.
 
I think a Possible Probability Manipulation is the way to go with Amazon's Jungler and Roborider's Vortech Shooter (which I think the latter could even get a solid since it has infinite range unlike the Jungler). I'll add it to the OP later.
 
I don't know if this is the best time, but it has something to do with X. The Zukan says his power doubles when he uses the Ridol weapons due to the windmill spinning.
