Honestly you could argue at it being a stomp for either side (WF stomps via so much hax or SB stomps via Low 2-C), which makes me think that maybe it isn't a stomp.

Either way, Star doesn't seem to use her full AP off the bat. Pretty sure WF could easily beat her before she does. Even then, WF would most likely outhax her before she could pull it off.
